10 Principles of Kaizen

talk to the people involved;
observe and chart the actual process.
Abolish the old and conventional concepts
Question current practices and reject the status quo
Rely on data, not opinions
Correct mistakes immediately
Don’t seek perfection, choose a simple solution
Ask why 5 times to identify root causes
Value creativity and wisdom before capital
Seek out the knowledge of more than just one person
